Try frozen wedges of lemon, limes, and strawberries.

Ingredients Dressing
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or flax seed oil
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 tbsp. brown sugar-packed

Salad
2-4 oz. fresh parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
12 cups spinach or other lettuce
1 pomegranate, seeded
2cups of seedless watermelon
Basil (optional)
Grilled chicken (optional)

Ingredients:
*  1.5 servings Watermelon Chunks From Home
*  1 cups Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice
*  1/4 cups Pineapple Juice
*  1/2 cups Silken Tofu, Soft
*  1 cups Soy Milk 8oz
*  1 tablespoons Ground Flaxseed Meal

Instructions: Blend together until smooth. sweeten to taste, preferably with stevia. chill and serve cold.
